Methodology
From idea to continuous product evolution
At Armel-x Tecnologia, every project is developed through a structured, collaborative and results-driven process. We start by understanding the idea, the business challenge, the audience and the goals the solution needs to achieve.
Next, we run discovery and planning, defining requirements, priorities, technologies, architecture and roadmap. Building on that foundation, we design the user experience, navigation flows, prototypes and the solution’s visual design.
Once the project is validated, we move into development, integrations, cloud infrastructure, security and automation. Before launch, we run functional, usability, performance and cross-device compatibility testing.
After delivery, we follow through on the release, monitor how the solution performs and provide technical support, maintenance, fixes and continuous improvements. This way, every product stays secure, up to date, scalable and ready to evolve alongside the business.

How does knowledge transfer work at the end of a project?
